30 Day Return Policy
On non-final sale items, we accept returns up to 30 days from the day you purchased or the day your package was delivered. If you would like to return and ship back an online order, please reach out to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your items. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and all items must be insured.
Return Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing items you ship back to us. For this reason, please insure your items and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns.
If a return is received past the 30-day deadline, we may offer store credit. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and send your store credit code for your next online order.
All items on clearance are also considered final sale. This does not include one-day sale promotions (i.e. bogo sales, discount code promotions, etc.).
