Return Shipping Fees

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing items you ship back to us. For this reason, please insure your items and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns. 


We carefully package and ship our items through the United States Postal Service with tracking information. Please allow 7-10 days for your package to arrive, unless the product listing states otherwise (some of our products require drop shipping and take 2 weeks to ship). If you would like quicker shipping, please let us know in the order notes and we can make arrangements. 

NOTE: Vintage Fresh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like to purchase insurance please let us know so we can send you an invoice for the additional fee. When placing an order with Vintage Fresh, please know that you are responsible for all shipping fees and return shipping to Vintage Fresh in the case of a return or exchange.
