By shopping at our brick and mortar and our online shop, you are agreeing to the following policies.
A message regarding COVID-19 and our business: These policies are subject to change during this time as we navigate the impact this pandemic has on our business. Our storefront is currently open Tuesday through Thursday, 12-4PM and during regular business hours, Friday-Sunday. Our online shop is always open for orders! We are currently offering local porch drop-off on furniture only for $15. Please note that we are doing everything we can to get your orders to you safely and quickly!
Starting February 1, 2020, all local pickup orders must be picked up 10 days after purchasing. Once 10 days have passed, we will charge a $10 restocking fee.
Final Sale Items
When buying vintage items or furniture, all sales are considered final. Please read product descriptions carefully and feel free to ask more questions or request more photos before purchasing. The best way to reach us is to shoot us an email or send us a direct message on Instagram.
All items on clearance are also considered final sale. This does not include one-day sale promotions (i.e. bogo sales, discount code promotions, etc.).
30 Day Return Policy
On non-final sale items, we accept returns up to 30 days from the day you purchased or the day your package was delivered. If you would like to return and ship back an online order, please reach out to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your items. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and all items must be insured.
Return Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing items you ship back to us. For this reason, please insure your items and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns.
If a return is received past the 30-day deadline, we may offer store credit. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and send your store credit code for your next online order.
We carefully package and ship our items through the United States Postal Service with tracking information. Please allow 7-10 days for your package to arrive, unless the product listing states otherwise (some of our products require drop shipping and take 2 weeks to ship). If you would like quicker shipping, please let us know in the order notes and we can make arrangements.
NOTE: Vintage Fresh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like to purchase insurance please let us know so we can send you an invoice for the additional fee. When placing an order with Vintage Fresh, please know that you are responsible for all shipping fees and return shipping to Vintage Fresh in the case of a return or exchange.
